Quilligan Scally Architects

Corner of Patrick Street, Dublin 8

About the project: This prominent urban corner site adjacent to St. Patrick's Cathedral is a mixed-use development incorporating retail and office space. The development is part of a larger strategy which encompasses works to St. Patrick's National School on the adjacent plot - Quilligan Architects have been retained by the Department of Education to extend and refurbish the school in the coming year. The corner building will feature large framed and glazed expanses, ensuring that there is plenty of natural light inside the building, and will openly address the busy street below.
